LinkedIn Zip: the path puzzle, without the feed
LinkedIn Zip is a logic game: draw one path through every cell, hitting numbers in order, never crossing a wall. Here is how it works, and how a standalone Zip game differs.
What is LinkedIn Zip?
Zip launched in LinkedIn's games hub in 2025. Each board is a small grid with numbered checkpoints and, on harder days, bold walls between squares. You start on 1, thread a Hamiltonian path (every cell once) through 2, 3, 4… and finish only when the grid is full.
It is the most spatial LinkedIn game in the lineup, closer to a subway map than to Queens or Tango. Design-wise it even borrows the thick colored route of a transit line; on this site that route is the orange path you drag.
LinkedIn Zip rules in one screen
- Move only up, down, left, or right.
- Visit every cell exactly once.
- Pass numbered cells in increasing order.
- Do not cross a wall.
- Drag backward, undo, or clear if you strand a square.

Tips that transfer to LinkedIn Zip
Scan corners and walls first. A cell with one open edge is a forced move. Never close a pocket you still need to enter. Count the cells between two numbers. If the Manhattan gap is smaller than the leftover empty squares you must fill, you took a shortcut too early.
